stuck - EoS "defeating the kett" quest

I had a similar problem before when i was on Voeld. When i was in the Remnant Vault i couldnt progress because i killed everything but it was still saying i was in combat. I fixed this by making sure i didnt kill anything with Biotics.

If you can still reload try going through it again but if you use Biotics just refrain from using them, i know they are overpowered and its fun but its what got me out of my jam.
