For my own joy, I would like to "Localize" the subtitles to show in "Arabic". I know that the language is not included in the game, so i want to translate and localize the subtitles myself. can you guide me on how to do that?

The script is in the game files, so it should be possible. I suggest you go to http://social.bioware.com and ask about this in the fan creations forum.
Went there. And Google. Nothing except requests for additional translations (Czech being the most common for some reason.)
But that was expected. The ME-series is not mod-friendly.
