The DLCs are not downloading

I was having a computer issue and had to do a factory reset, which included all of my games. My mass effect 2 will download but non of the DLCs will. I deleted Origin and redownloaded it, I tried updating it manually, I restarted my own computer and redownloaded it. Nothing is working. 1 will download as well, right now it is just the DLC's for two, I am now testing three and will edit this if I have the same problem with 3. ..

ME3 will download but non of the DLCs will

    Please clear your temp files:

    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
    • Into the new window, type or copy & paste:  "%temp%"   (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
    • Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

    Then the Origin cache:

All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)

    • Close Origin completely.
(right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
    • Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder.
(The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
    • Delete the "Mass Effect 2" and "Mass Effect 3" folders inside the "LocalContent" folder.
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%AppData%" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
    • Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder.
    • Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the "Roaming" folder.
    • In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on "AppData".
    • Open the "Local" folder.
    • Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the  "Local" folder.
    • Restart your PC. > test

i notice yesterday my game seemed to be stuck on the kasumi dlc but noticed today that it is now collector's weapons and armor

maybe it's just very slowly installing which may be a problem but i'm going to wait to see if it igoes to other dlcs downloading i just noticed this today

yesterday it showed kasumi downloading but looked stuck i looked today and the collector weapons & armor collection is up so maybe it's installing and now showing it's progress (which i don't know if that's common or if it is a problem)

I'm going to wait two more days with origin open (also checking on the changes periodically)

    @Scarhunter75

    i spoke too soon...

It worked for a while was installing the dlcs but when it got to my terminus weapons and armour is stopped

i tried the process again and then it did the same thing... so i think there is more to my problem than i thought...

i tried it 2 times now and it always stops on one of the dlcs...(not the same ones) basically it needed to install all the dlcs again... the ones that worked originally had to be reinstall again... so this method doesn't seem to work for me...

i don't know what else to do... i can try it once more but i don't thin that will work
