THE HOLOGRAPHIC MESSAGE OF TALI'S DEAD FATHER IS NOT SHOWING
The holographic message of Tali's dead father does not show up. Is there a solution to this?? Could you please fix this bug Bioware?

I think it depends on one of the choices during the conversation. I believe the paragon interrupt causes the hologram to not show.
BioWare no longer supports Mass Effect 2 and won't release any more patches, especially for a low priority issue such as this one.

One complaint thread is all you get. Any Duplicates of the same complaint are just SPAM (and if not merely locked down, possibly deleted from the index).
Anyway, even if anyone at Bioware was still going to invest any more time in ME-2, you can't reach any of them in here.
