Transfer Saved Games

I am about to get a new computer.  I have almost completed Mass Effect 2 - I have my saved games stored both on my current computer and on my external hard drive.  My question is: After I reinstall the game on my new computer - how do I get the game to recognize the saved games so I can pick up where I leave off?  Thanks for any info.
