Traversal of Elaaden is broken

Mass Effect version 1.07
Everything about Elaaden is broken since the 1.07 update dropped. Driving around the planet you can see visual tearing glitches stretching up to the sky and through the sand, as you approach the edge of the map in any direction.
Spawing in, in front of the space ship, you immediately fall through the ground. The only solution is to fast travel elsewhere.
Fast travel to any spot, leaves you able to walk in place but not actually move anywhere. The only way to overcome it is to use circle to teleport (I have the biotic teleport so I don't know if it works for others). Teleporting over to the dropship to summon the vehicle and getting in is the only way to move around. Even the main spawn at Paradise is like this. Looking for Tjeta, I had to teleport around to the NPC to talk.
Fast travel points nearer to the upper or lower corners of the map, you can't even teleport. Upon spawning it is as if you are in a perpetual state of jumping.
Trying to drive to missions at the top right of the map, for example the Disease side quest above New Tuchanka, you randomly starting flying and tumbling in the air, especially near to the visual glitches.
Trying to drive to missions at the left side of the map, the vehicle randomly explodes and kills everyone.
New Tuchanka is the only spot free from glitches.
I have video, maybe I will upload them from my PS4 later today or tomorrow and comment them. Or I can take some off screen on my phone.
