Unable to access the Blood Dragon Armor.

That isn't true, I bought Dragon Age: Origin Ultimate Edition and it came with the Blood Dragon Armor code. Get EA tech support on the phone and get your code. Or on chat support.  BioWare is infamous for not giving out codes that were supposed to come with what you bought. You may need to contact EA support a few times but you will get your code that way.

Also note that this isn't limited to the Blood Dragon armor, it happens with almost every promotion where  you 'buy edition 'x' and 'get item 'y'' and posts months or years after the fact stating the code was never supposed to be given for a version, even by BioWare, can easily be argued by using the forum search button and finding many statements to the contrary by other BioWare employees. But tech support rarely argues with you about these things just contact them, they will see what you bought and give you the code you asked for that came with your game.
