Please move the "BIOGame" folder from "Documents\Mass Effect 3" also to your desktop. > test.
Did you repaired the game after you replaced the DLLs? If so replace them again. > test
Disable the real time scanner of your antivirus software. > test.
If that don't helps go to your ">drive:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\__Installer\vc\vc2005sp1\redist" folder and run the "vcredist_x86.exe" and the "vcredist_x64.exe" as Administrator. > reboot.
Do the same with the "vcredist_x86.exe" and the "vcredist_x64.exe" under ">drive:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\__Installer\vc\vc2008sp1\redist" > reboot > test.
