Upgrading DLC weapons

I have a problem with upgrading the DLC weapons. Any weapon upgrades I receive through a pack purchase doesn't upgrade the weapon. I've received level 2 upgrades for the M99 Widow, N7 Typhoon, Geth P...

    I cleared my cache. I don't know if that was the problem but if it was it worked. After completing this weekends challenge I unlocked the level 2 Eagle pistol upgrade. I also just unlocked the level 2 M99 Widow as well. As far as I can tell the weapon upgrades are working now. Thanks for the suggestion. You guys have been a big help!

It dosen't work at all. I just completed this weeks challenge & unlocked an N7 Eagle upgrade. Maybe this issue could make the next game patch update.
