Using ME4 Save Files from a Different Installation

I have save files from a different installation of ME4 that I would like to use. When I try to load a saved game I get an error message that says it's missing "Deep Space Pack" and "Deluxe Edition Pa...

They are not sold separately you must buy the Deluxe or Super Deluxe versions of the game. Notice that savegames from PC and different consoles cannot be mixed.
