There's a great deal if difference when it's on easy and insanity. Life on insanity due hazard goes down very fast. I think he might be bugged with the condition all the time, even when it's supposed to be Hazard 1, which is not that severe.
The only part where I thought, hey my bar goes down extremely fast, was in the kett camp behind the main base where you had to find a transmission device. But other than that, the level 1 rate seems reasonable on Insanity.
