I didn't romance anyone on my one PT. They all felt shallow, annoying, and uninteresting. I can say in the 50 hrs it took me to complete the game that I didn't meet anyone I would like to romance. I know 50 hrs isn't long for this game, but I just wanted it to end so I skipped lots of the side quests and only did one loyalty because I pretty much had to.
Dump the Ryders and give me a new crew. Give the game better writing and give me reason to care enough to romance someone.
You could offer up someone from ME1 or 2, or just create a new character, such as your future Yahg crewmate
