Just a little question please: After I talked to my brother in Alec Ryders room (Hyperion, on Merdidian), he dissapeard. I can't find him on the Nexus or in Meridian. Where is he?

PS: It's soooooooooooooo great that I can play AFTER the end. Thats wonderful! A dream come truth. Hope there will be one or two DLC's playing AFTEr the end. THANKS!!!
No idea... cant find the sibling anywhere... maybe walking around meridian and exploring...
They are supposed to be on the Pathfinder team, so should either be in medical (which you can't get to any more) or on the Tempest.
kett implanted a control chip, so sibling is indoctrinated and now making his/her way towards the kett homeworld...

This. Your sibling is injured in more ways than one (physically, psychologically, implant related, etc.), so I would expect them to be under medical care. Since you can't get to the med facilities, I'm assuming that will be for future content or is just a lazy way of not having to worry about meaningful dialog post-ending. There were a lot of missed opportunities on Meridian at the end that I hope they plan to expand on ("hope" being the key term - not really expecting much to be honest).
They said the missing ancient AI in SAM node is a bug. That was in another thread about twin missing. Probably a fix on the way. I thought I saw the twin near the Hyperion model, trophy thing but there was no option to speak so he could of just been a newly awoken settler.
I found him: he's hiding in the Cryo bay.
I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish "Ryder Family Secrets" post Meridian but when I finally finished the prerequisites, one of the doors of "Port Meridian" is now unlocked and opening it triggers the cutscene. Once the cutscene is done, the door is locked again...
So, I guess he's just hanging out in there with <<spoiler>>
