Mass Effect 3 multiplayer not accessible

Question

I own the game since 2012 but I could not access the multiplayer anymore. It tells me to redeem online pass.

The multiplayer was actuallty unavailable for me since last year. Thus, I dropped the game since then, but recently I got my new PC and I do the fresh install of the game but the problem is still there.

I have already tried repairing game, deleting the temp file and Lincense folder of EA app, I also even tried fresh installing the game and EA app on other PCs (more than two PCs) but it didn't help.

I attached the screenshot of another post. The poster might have the similar problem with mine, and he got it fixed under your help. Maybe you could help me to access the multiplayer again?

JIMAsang​ Should work now. I would repair first, try again. If it does not, then reinstall the game and let us know.

Thank you! But unfortunately, the problem is still there.
I have reinstalled the game with and without DLCs, please see the screenshots below. I also tried deleted the License folder but it didn't help.
