You should finish the questline hehe.
While most of the early memory unlocks were 'nice', the final one is good, plus the audio logs that come with it are a nice touch, linking back to ME2 and ME3 events... but again it provides more questions than answers.
As noted by a previous poster, I wanted to know more about the 'Benefactor' before the game ended. There is something that is hinted though, through the logs mentioned above:

The Benefactor(s) knew that the Reapers (or something of that magnitude) was coming, so they financed the Andromeda Initiative... probably to save their own lives. That means they are hidden somewhere in all those cryo pods. But their motive for having Jien Garson murdered is unclear.
That leads me to believe it will be a DLC of course, as will the Quarians.
- I love the ending and epilogue, think it was handled great. There is tons of opportunities which everyone here has already addressed expect for one... I'd love to also see the completion of the nexus... This will bring forth a central gathering for all species and introduce the Council, who knows maybe even specters.

I'm not keen to have this game feel like Citadel, Council and Specter program returned. There are too many deja vu elements in the game already to add to it. I'd rather have original and first-time seen features, races and such in a completely new Galaxy. We are talking about a new galaxy, not really about something at the neighboring star system. It's lacking so much, imho.
Surely, having human ark on Meridian, a place where you can control Terraforming of many worlds, will build some sort of stress upon humans, I reckon.
