I think you're missing the one in the Nexus Ambassy in Aya. It's near a sink in the right side of the room.

I just got that one yesterday. I forget what it is though...some freighter?

It was bugged for me, I already picked it up, and then it didn't display in the Tempest. I went back to the ambassy and it was still there. Picked it up again and it worked fine this time.
It's the one just behind SAM in your quarters.
Is it the remnant derelict model? I am short on quite a few of them , think I will start my collection again next playthrough. Dont think this site has the complete list but does have the remnant derelict model. I preferred the models at shepard's quarters on the normandy. Larger and nicer, the MEA models dont look as good.
