You seem to be missing the MWS Fighter, the model you get from Spender’s apartment during Drack's loyalty quest. As far as I know there's no other way of getting it.
Here's a another post with the names and the positions of the models in the trophy case.

Yes, you are missing the MWS Fighter, from Spender’s apartment. You can't get it unless you replay Drack's loyalty mission.
