Why am I not getting my weekly premium packs?
I am on Xbox One, I ordered the Super Deluxe edition along with a couple friends. Every Tuesday they are getting their free packs and I am not.
I did get the first one I believe, but the following two Tuesdays I get a strange error message about "not connecting to the servers" (cannot recall exact wording) and while I can still play with no issues, the pack never shows up in the shop.
My theory, since it's happening on Tuesdays when I first login, is that it's trying to award it to me, but there's a bug. Could be totally wrong. All I know is that I am not getting the premium packs that I paid for.
Any help?

For anyone who has this issue, on Xbox One it appears that there was an issue where you'll need to download the Super Deluxe packs from the Xbox store for the game. This item wasn't available on the store, but should be downloadable now.Cheers.
