I second the idea of being able to change the face after the player had the chance of seeing it in action, even though I went with the default face.
I had the experience in ME3 where a face loked perfectly fine in the creator but later in cutscenes it loked like Shep was deadly ill...
I would also sugest the ability to change haircuts during the game.
I mean, I know from a different SciFi story that hairdressers aren't ideal speace colonists, but surely the Hyperion would have had at least a few aboard, right?
