If I don't know about the Reapers, no. I would have no reason to leave.
If I did know about the Reapers, I'd try to use connections to get my loved ones into the program, but I would stay. I'm going out fighting next to Shepard... unless I get indoctrinated in which case I'm going out fighting Shepard... unless he's the one that got indoctrinated, in which case I'm going out fighting him... or we could both be indoctrinated and then we're fighting side by side again.
