Today, with current technology and no respect for life general mentality - no. I can't cooperate with people who don't share same values with me, I'm a minority who doesn't care about prejudices and philosophy of (ab)using everything for your own gain.
Since civilization is evolving, both mentally and technologically, in year when ME4 happens, I probably would.
Regardless of who I'd have to leave behind.
