Xbox 360 : Can i Install some DLC on another storage device connected to my Xbox

Hi all, I know maybe this forum is not active anymore, but i'm trying...

I want to play Mass effect 3 on my xbox again. I want to buy and download the dlc i do not not have ( citadel and Omega) but my external drive is full.

I have another storage device on my xbox 360, an Usb key. Can i install the other DLC on it?
