Xbox 360 freezes when it starts loading update
So I haven't played in a while, about a 5-6 months or so, and when I goto update the game, the loading circle pops up then it makes my Xbox freeze, I tried using a different account and it loads perfectly, erased the update 3 times, still freezes but only on one account l, any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
PS I got a new Xbox, so not sure if that may play a roll in it or not.

Try clearing your hard drive cache by hitting the "X" button, go to the far right tab, then to system and I think cache. Once there highlight and select delete and that may help.
