[Xbox One] ME3 Multiplayer DLC Characters Are Not Available Anymore

Hello everyone.

I've seen this topic here a few times but unfortunately mostly happening on a PC. Maybe some of you will have a solution to the xbox issue as well.

This is a problem that started to appear after installing the Legendary Edition, after this i was not able to see my old ME3 multiplayer characters from the DLCs, even all the DLCs are installed. Yesterday i pulled out my older xbox one x where no legendary edition was installed before,  and tried to run the multiplayer. I was able to see and play all the characters and maps, today not anymore. I see only the basic characters.

Prior this i tried to reinstall the DLCs, reinstall the game and the DLCs, clear cache, clear the old 360 reserved space and so on.

In the ME Headquarters i still can see all the progress and characters, but not in the game. I would suggest this is due some profile issue ?

Please, anyone had the same issue and could provide a solution ?... thank you very much in advance.
