Zaeed DLC for Mass Effect 2 is missing from Origin & Bioware

I just migrated my DVD installation of Mass Effect 2 to Origin. Upon trying to launch a save game, I received an error advising that the Zaeed DLC was missing. So I exited the game and went into view game details for ME2. Sure enough, the Zaeed DLC is missing. And when I say missing, I mean not even available as an option to download. All of the other DLC are listed and installed, with exception to 2 appearance packs that I never purchased that are listed but not installed. Zaeed is not even in the list though, and doesn't even appear available any longer.

Upon not finding it in the list of available DLC via origin, I went to the Bioware DLC page and found that it is no longer listed there as an available DLC for ME2. It appears the DLC has been completely removed from availability.

While it's annoying to have paid for it and no longer have access to it, what is far more frustrating is that none of my save games for ME2 will work any longer, because the Zaeed DLC is missing from my installation. I'm also wondering how that will affect my ME3 save games, since ME3 also uses the save data from ME2.

If the DLC is still available, I'd appreciate some help locating it for download again so I can restore the use of my ME2 saves.
