Voici une solution:
Une personne à créé un launcher sans instruction AVX et ca marche bien.

Drive mise à jour via "NVIDIA GeForce Experience"
Tu as plusieurs crashs du jeu sans rien autour dans ton DxDiag 🤨, ta configuration n'entre pas dans la configuration minimale requise, plusieurs autres points m'interpellent comme un bios ancien (2009); 20 Go de mémoire (tu ne profites donc pas du Dual Channel) ainsi qu'un pilote de chipset son lui aussi ancien (2015), il faudrait que tu regardes du côté du site constructeur de ta carte mère si des mises à jour (bios; pilotes) ne sont pas disponibles.
Sinon dans "Event Viewer" le detail de l'erreur est la suivant :
"Windows cannot access the file for one of the following reasons: there is a problem with the network connection, the disk that the file is stored on, or the storage drivers installed on this computer; or the disk is missing.
