Can't acces my game !

I've tried to buy the My Sims Cozy Bundle this afternoon (2 PM in Paris on the 11/19) and I could only "preorder" it. I have waited thinking that the game would be available at 6 PM LinkedIn the sims 4 updates usualy come at that time. It is still not avaliable. I am waiting to stream and play the game live. This is very frustrating since I have waited very long for this remake !
