My Kingdom doesn't appear!

I brought My Sims Cosy Bundle on physical hardware, btu all I get is My Sims to appear. I tried to check EShop, but I can't re-download Kingdom. I also have enough space for Kingdom, so what's up?? I brought this to play Kingdom cus it was my first ever Sims game, so if it's not included then I'll be VERY dissapointed.

    The Cozy Bundle does indeed come with MySims: Kingdom along with the original MySims.  

    If you purchased the bundle and aren't able to download one of the games included, please reach out to Nintendo support so they can assist you properly.
