MySims Bugs

I have several trees that when I harvest the essence float on top of the trees and I cannot get them so I'm only getting 1 or 2 even when I use fertilizer. So far it's all 4 of the card and the rook.

I am also having an issue with nit being able to move a Sim in. I invited Windalin (The potion shop) to move in and she appears in my tasks but no matter which lot I try to put her in instead giving the items it just says Move Sim In. I tried to replace her with a different Sim. They accept and tell me they will wait at the hotel but Windelin is still in my tasks.
