Live run lag

I think nba live 2019 has a faulty error that decreases your internet. I always do a base speed test on ps4 when I turn it on. I get about 385 mbps  to 400+ mbps download and 20 to 24 mbps upload.

Only on nba live 2019 do I get lan disconnection. I am hard wired and this does not happen with no other game. I don't remember if it occurred on nba Live 2018. Only with nba live 2019 do I start with 400+ mbps download and like 18+ mbps and get a lan disconnection. I then I have to go to my network settings in ps4 and uncheck manually to disconnect network and connect again and when I re-check my Internet speed with ps4 I now can only go 90 mbps and 10 mbps. 

I believe that this game throttles your internet speed and thus causes lag by slowing every ones internet. So if I have 400 and go down to 90 mbps, I wonder how a person with 200 or 100 mbps goes down to after getting lan disconnection 90mbps or less.

Again I only get this error of disconnected from lan on ps4 when nba live 2019 is running. Then I go from 385 mbps to 90mbps or less in a session of just turning on ps4 and then starting nba live 2019. No background download is occurring on ps4 like downloading a update for another game which was a possible reason for slowing Internet speed. I don't know if this is a thing I am only getting or every one else. I use a cat 7 ethernet cable and some ppl said ps4 likes better cat 5e or 6 but this error does not affect any other games I run that require online.

I just deal with it. At first I thought it was my cable which was some what used but last night it did it once more and it does not disconnects me from my laptop when I get disconnected from lan on ps4 so I don't know. Router, cable, ps4, nba live 2019. I don't have a problem with my router or cable or ps4 on other games but nba live 2019 having all these lag to ppl brings me to suspect that this game has a flaw that resets your Internet speed on your ps4 and throttles you so it creates lag universal to everyone playing.  Probably from that animation engine that nba live 2019 benefited from that nba live 2018 didn't have.

I know it sounds like a stretch, nba live 2019 game for ps4 is at fault but, this annoying bug as been with the game since September 2018. It might be my old cable also not blaming everything wrong on nba live 2019. For those on wifi only I wonder how is your speed test on ps4 before starting on ps4 and after the game starts? Also those on hard wired? Obviously if the game is in use then it would yield a slower interest speed on ps4 until you close the game out and run it with no applications open.
