Menu lag and delays in NBA live 19

Which feature / component / location in game are you experiencing issues with? In menus and anything outside of gameplay.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to career mode and open the store, open a crate, click on livestrike games, and try to open anything else within the career mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen will freeze for a few seconds and delay the time between when whatever was opened, which is annoying.
What should be happening instead? It should be smoother and the transition should be better
How severe is the bug? B - Major

Anyone else having this problem? Between when you try and open stuff the game freezes for a couple seconds before it works.
