I just bought the game and downloaded the companion app. Scanned my face in the app which worked fine. When it comes to select your head in the create a player, my face is not available in the game.
Yeah... Same here... Why does this not work and why is there no support from EA for NBALive19? These companies have market caps many multiple times earnings...

This gameface HD app is absolute garbage. It doesn’t even work. Great job EA. A mullti-billion dollar company and it can’t develop an app that actually works. Not to mention the EA servers Lol

agreed those apps are trash why not import face via website like the ufc games like why overcomplicate things that already has it easy in other franchises. its ridiculous. with all of the technology and resources something that should've been easy like in ufc games that's really simple quick and easy they somehow made it complicated only in nba games SMFH

Players that previously uploaded faces to their players in game through the mobile app can still be accessed, however the app was officially shut down and is no longer accessible with the game.
yes i'm aware, i just wish there was more options rather then relying on that one thing (app), bcuz that it didn't work for alot of ppl including myself just sharing my past experience. hopefully the next installment will allow players to used pictures and access importing via website instead of app. wwe 2k did it ufc 3 has this feature and alot of other franchises as well. i know y'all doing your best and thank u for listening to us fans.
