My jumpshot is delayed when I shoot

Whenever I shoot on NBA live 19, I have to release it earlier than the usual timing on any jumpshot I use. Is there a fix or is it permanent?

Do you know if you have Game Mode enabled on your T.V.? If not, you'll experience some slight input delay.

not like that. I mean if I shoot, the timing on the meter is different from the actual jumpshot.

@SGELucci Sounds like it's some very slight lag or input lag.

Input lag is more noticeable online because you're also factoring in a connection. Definitely make sure Game Mode is enabled on your screen. If you play on WiFi, I'd try rebooting your network to see if that helps or go wired to test the game out under those conditions.

When you play against other players online it's peer-2-peer, so if they're hosting the game you could experience a slight delay if both connections aren't very strong and/or if they're quite a distance from you as average ping will ultimately increase.
