NBA LIVE 15 Substitution Glitch

I currently play NBA Live 15 and I really enjoy the game, in particular the Rising Star mode. I like the mode a lot but there is no substitution for my Rising Star during gameplay. I don't like it because it makes my earlier games so extended and drawn out. Is there a way that this issue can be rectified? I have also noticed that injuries and things that happen in the course of the season don't have often such as injuries. I thank you for your answer and look forward to your response.
