Thank you for responding. I have deleted the disc install and reinstalled the game and updates. I have rebuilt the ps4 database as well. No luck. There is not a ps4 camera connected. I can tell you more specifically that the starting pg position is the one crashing every time when you add a new player, you can use the move selection to get someone from a different position into the pg slot, but once you ad a 12th player to your active lineup it will still crash. There is currently no player in that slot and it is highlighted in red. I think the first problem occurred when rubio was the starting point guard, and he ran out of contracts which I think is what the red pg highlight is for? Then I sent him directly from the pg spot to an online auction and I think I closed the app. After, I began having problems posting players to auction, once listed to auction, they would remain in my sell pile and I would try again to make an auction then it would crash. I figured out that if your player does not exit the sell pile, I could just cycle to the currently selling folder and go back to the sell pile and it will be removed.
I love ultimate team and hope you can help me fix it. I have not changed the hard drive but two days prior to the problem, the ps4 would not come out of stand by mode so it had to be shut off improperly to restart which is why I tried rebuilding the database. No other games have had a problem and the other modes appear to work in live 15. Iut also worked for a couple days after the improper shut down so I do not think that was the problem.
I would hate to delete my team and start over as I have invested 30+ hours between playing games and building through auctions and lose all my players. I tested deleting and starting over on a separate account and I cannot even keep my currency after I sell all my players so I cant buy the players back if I delete and start over. I am out of options other than someone fixing my account, maybe you could reset my active line up? Maybe I could delete my team if someone could simply gift me back my favorite players? Or delete and send me a lot of currency to buy back my players in auction? I have no other ideas.
