Yeah. I think it’s the end for NBA LIve. All we can do is hope and pray EA Sports will release a new Live, but considering 2K has majority sponsorship of the NBA, that probably won’t happen sadly 😭

I really, really hope this game isn’t getting shut down. There’s been no official word from EA yet, and Ultimate Team and Court Battle still seem to be running fine—but I can’t shake this feeling of worry. This game is an absolute masterpiece. Please, don’t let it die like this. I’m so close to getting the Platinum… it would break my heart if it ended now

I really hope this is not the end this is the best basketball game out for the last couple of years even though 2K has a better rosters the fluidity and the competition in this game is unmatched I am a head-to-head master ⏸️.... You can connect on the head-to-head server but it keeps showing up as if you in your opponent pick the same team it glitches like this every time everyone is fooled and won't start the game but I think if we start the game it will go back to the teams that you pick... No one is yet to start the game so I don't know if it will. That'll be real messed up if this is the end

I just grinded a new bigman to take online and i can’t now:( wasted hours of my life if they just took these severs down out of nowhere. maybe it has to do with the development of the new college basketball game they announced 

Start a ticket with the chat function here.  This is fixable.  The servers are still on they just need some guy to hit a button...  This happened a few years ago and was fixed.

Please contact EA to report issue as they are not aware of this issue. More people respond, they would fix this game!

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. I bought this game just last month, excited to dive into what I believed would be a full, working experience. From the moment I started playing, I was hooked,  I truly love this game. It gave me joy, connection, and something to look forward to.

But recently, the online features, especially Live Run, stopped working due to what seems to be an MMSE issue. It’s really disheartening. There was no announcement, no warning, unlike other games like Anthem, which had clear communication from your team.

I’m not just writing as a customer, but as someone who genuinely cares about this game. Please, if there’s any way, fix the MMSE issue. I’d be incredibly grateful. It feels like something on EA’s end, and I’m hoping it can be resolved.

Thank you for listening. I just don’t want to lose this game so soon after finding it.

i’ve contacted ea support about the problem and it looks like they had no knowledge of the problem so that’s good, I talked to an employee named “Preeti” very nice and they contacted the game team and said that this seems to be something they need to take into consideration! I’ll update when i have more
