I found the answer you have to reset your player I had exit before the save you must wait until the save is finished before you exit or it will freeze on you I think it's a counter attack to the glitch that was on the game and they stopped it but if your not trying to do the glitch that's the problem it will still freeze but just restart your rising star that's all
