If the steps here to get you into the game don't work, we've got you covered. Hit up one of our Advisors at our Help site or on Twitter so they can help get this fixed for you. We want to make it easy for you to get into our games and there may be something account related on the back-end resulting you from getting the terms accepted, which is why I think it's best we get someone to pull up your account to double-check.

We apologize for the trouble and if you can keep us updated on what the results were from your Support experience here, we'd greatly appreciate it!

    Just got done chatting with support twice about this issue. Got unfortunate answers and results. I will update later with the convos that I had with support when I get home from work.

    @brandonflav Were you eventually able to get this fixed? If so, what was done so others might be able to try it.

    The game has been sunset which means its not avalaible for online play. Xbox and ea sports are lying one says its avalaible for online and says they got it from the developer it was and the other says it shouldn't say avalaible for online. I am done with ea sports after the run around because I dont trust their word. I have had a friend buy the game since and his terms and conditions just popped up no issue so ea sports is lying
