Use 5g on phone to upload. If scan fail on upload close the companion app completely. Redo another scan and try again to upload keeping phone still and near router for best range on wifi. I noticed once you get a failed upload any other attempt will be futile unless you close app. Also restart phone and close unused apps in background. Live face app requires lots of memory use.
