Re: Xbox One - NBA Live 19 - Crashing 5-12 Minutes into the game.

So I’ve been having the same issue for about a month and couldn’t figure out what was wrong until now. I believe I’ve found a fix. It worked for me just played an entire game with no issues. (XSX)

1.Go to Xbox Insider Hub/Leave Xbox Update Preview or Beta Program

2. Go to settings/system update may be about 4GB

3. System may factory reset but it won’t delete anything it’s just basic sign in stuff.

3. After system update go to general/Power mode & startup/Full shutdown

4. Turn on and give it a go!

Hope this works for everyone!

Does this fix it for you?

  • It still didn’t get it fixed for me any possible knowledge of why it would be happening?

    @Taylorobrien45

After exiting the Preview Program, did you try performing a power cycle?

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
  • @EA_Blueberry Well I never was in a preview program but yes I’ve held it down and unplugged the cord multiple and times it’s weird because I’ve played it before so I don’t get why it does not now
  • @EA_Blueberry so I don’t even have that installed the the insider app or whatever it is so I downloaded it and I am not in it it’s asking me too sign up for it so no I’m not in the insider hub

@EA_Blueberry I have done everything you guys asked and it still is not working. So exactly what else are you guys doing to fix this problem?

I have seen too many people complianing about this game crashing for you guys to act like this is just a one off or a rare occurrence.

Half the reviews on the game on the Marketplace have 1 star reviews for the game since it started crashing. So I would like to know what you guys are doing to fix this other than trying to tell us things that aren't true. I was never in the insider program, so how does this happen? and how can leaving something I was never in fix the problem?

This is still under review by the team. I'm sorry we don't have any updates to share outside of that, however they are aware of this and we'll share more with you when we hear it. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the technical issues you're facing.
