I’ve owned NBA Live 19 for about almost a year now and this issue has never happened to me until Live 19 has gone onto gamepass. I’ve tried Hard Reseting My Xbox: Fail I’ve tried reinstalling the game: Fail I even put in my NBA Live 19 Disc in so it doesn’t install the digital version: Fail I honestly don’t know what is happening with EA right now but this needs to be fixed immediately. If somebody has a fix for this please help it would be very helpful. Thanks!

So I’ve been having the same issue for about a month and couldn’t figure out what was wrong until now. I believe I’ve found a fix. It worked for me just played an entire game with no issues. (XSX)1.Go to Xbox Insider Hub/Leave Xbox Update Preview or Beta Program2. Go to settings/system update may be about 4GB3. System may factory reset but it won’t delete anything it’s just basic sign in stuff.3. After system update go to general/Power mode & startup/Full shutdown4. Turn on and give it a go!Hope this works for everyone!

Hey @Sirvannes03 I'm not seeing other reports of this and not experienced it myself, do you have the game installed to an internal or external HDD?

External HDD, I also tried Internal HDD and same thing happens.

Are either of you seeing an error message of any kind?

I played the game during lunch there and was able to play without issue. Have you ensured that your system is fully up to date?

Yes my system is fully up to date since I’m in the Xbox Insider Program I usually receive updates every other week, and no I do not get any error message.

how about you do something about this because obviously, there is nothing for the user to do, there is no solution to this bug, unless the actual game creators fix it, many people have experienced this, and many people have spent money on the game, we would like to use the game we paid for
