Ads don’t show

I cant shoe bonus ads

Same thing for me sometimes it works but havent got any monthly ads and some of the event ads. Said since I have spent money on the game and not going to get the players I wont because of it

...

Same and it's extremely irritating. I'm having a hard time enjoying my game ☹️

NO ADS! Come on EA the problem is still here. Please fix this!

• Device type
• NBA Live User ID (this is not your name, it's a numerical number in the top right corner when you visit Settings) DO NOT SHARE THIS PUBLICLY
• Device's software version
• Your NBA Live Mobile app version
• Region you're located in the world
• Origin ID/EA Account. Not sure what it is? Go to Settings in game>Help>Submit a case to our Help site by logging into our EA Help site. 
• Which ad(s) aren't specifically working for you when you select them
• Have you tried reinstalling the game and attempted all of the steps we've tried in this post already?

I know that's a lot to ask but any help you can send our way will really help our QA team reproduce what's happening for your account. Thanks ahead of time!
