What do you expect to see? I should be watching an ad after I hit watch ad.
In the store, watch ad for w’s aren’t showing up. Watched it once and then it disappeared.
Same with me, I have tried everything
Yh me too and the promos are becoming hard because of this

No matter how many times I turn the ads back on in the settings menu I go right back and it still turned off
So we have this ads unavailable bug now stretching into roughly more than 2 months and from the multitude of new threads being created about this, two things are quite clear.
1) More than a few people consider this a problem
2) EA doesn't care.
It's bad enough we have sit through ads at all (yes we get rewards, and yes EA has to make their money etc etc etc) but the least the Devs can do is pretend to care. This issue should have been addressed with and dealt with the first time it was brought up.
Even if it doesn't directly affect the game play (though the broken game play itself is a whole other issue that hasn't been dealt with since the end of season 1), this problem is still a game breaking one and this should be against the TOS of the App/Play Store. If you have a bug that hinders gameplay, it needs to be fixed. There's really no excuses for it.
It's further insulting that we have to rely on other users for workarounds (that don't work). Why are we doing the Devs jobs? We're not getting paid to fix your game.
What makes this bug even worse is that there really is no problems with the ads. Considering we get bombarded with the ad rewards after almost every other event, there the ads are available. I mean sure there are frequent instances where the ad will cause a black screen and require you to reset the game but quality control isn't a priority for the Devs either. It should be considered a violation that the ads that do run include fake games or games that are so sketchy that they make EA look like saints by comparison.
I'm sure to the uneducated or others I come across as a "Karen" but complaining about something that is broken and no efforts have been made to fix, is actually a legitimate problem. Clearly I and others who keep bringing this bug up care more about the game than the Devs do. Getting rid of the game or not playing it doesn't resolve the problem. It needs to be fixed so if the Devs can kindly, please get your heads out of your behinds and fix this or remove this feature and make the rewards we get from the promos actually viable, that would be great. I mean you'd really just be doing your job but yeah, be better at it.
@AKtheLawI saw your strong message half an hour after you uploaded it, I'm really sorry to respond late, I just had no words to say cuz your message is imminently captivating with a little inaccuracy. The community managers would be back by Monday, so I'll have them look into this particular comment. And I'll have to formulate a proper answer which I can't rn as I'm busy with some studies. But I'll get back to you soon, although, I can't fix your ads for sure.
When I go to the store to watch ads for additional rewards, it says ads unavailable. I’ve tried the tricks on YT but they don’t work.
its same happened, the ads still locked, im in indonesia right now, its already been 3 months lol, tried everything and its still unavailable, i dont wanna spend my single penny if this * still happen, please fix it EA.
