BUG: 13k Trophies taken but POTW Steph Curry missing (UID 5472460)

Hello Community Managers. Bug with UID 5472460. Today at 15:50 MSK (12:50 UTC) on Samsung Galaxy A34 I spent 13000 Battle Trophies in the POTW store for Epic Steph Curry 133 OVR. The currency was taken instantly, but the card was not delivered. My Packs tab is hidden and empty, meaning the server failed to generate the item. Right after that, I tested it with Uncommon Zach Edey, and he also vanished after deduction. The event store script is completely broken for my account. Please check my server logs for UID 5472460 around 12:50 UTC and manually grant me POTW Steph Curry 133 OVR or refund my 13000 Battle Trophies. Inside-game support tickets are being closed with templates, so I am posting here. Thank you
