In volume 1 of rising star it said i need 55-64 players it said i dont have any but i do and it is preventing me from getting the nash coach i want please help me

Same thing happened to me. Tried to buy some bronze players to put them for the silver trade up but it doesn’t even allow me

Hey, everyone.

If you have eligible items and they don't show up for you to submit into the set, it's most likely you have the item in a lineup of yours.

Go to MY TEAM from the main hub

At the top below your OVR/Level you'll see icons for different types of lineups. You'll need to tap on each one and remove the items from the starting lineup and bench in order to submit them into a set.

If you have the items showing up for you within the set but they won't go in if you tap them, try checking your device for updates, uninstall the game, restart your device, and re-install the app. If you login with Facebook, Google, or Apple your progress will be saved to our servers.

Hi there, I’ve done the above mentioned in your post yet I’m still unable to complete the trade up as the players haven’t shown up for me to enter.

None of the players are in any lineup and it is still not working

Hey, i also can't put my players in, i even bought bronze players with a 59 rating but i still is not working.

59 won't meet the requirements. Can you put that item in the previous set and then use the reward for that one in the 65-69 OVR set?
