Can't login

As of yesterday I've been trying to login into my account through Facebook and it will not let me. I'm a returning user but it keeps saying, "We're sorry. We could not find any linked accounts."

I have tried the troubleshooting and nothing is working.

    @JayElgonHey there, sad to hear, but good to know you have a Facebook log in.
    Firstly. Although specified in troubleshooting, do reinstall the game, clear your cache, restart device and relogin.
    Then, if it still shows the message, don't quit the app, click on the log in button again, it happens to me it doesn't register for the first login, so I click on it again and then it shows my accounts on Google play. See if it helps.

    I tried that and it still did not work. I tried to login through my Google account and the same message came up.

    I even did a factory reset of my phone and it is still not working.

    @JayElgonFill in the details appropriately and cite it as connectivity/technical issue.
    They'll get back to you soon. Also send them the screenshots and also. If you have, the UID before hand to avoid cross question and delay.

    Im trying to login into my account on the app through Facebook and it will not let me. It keeps saying we're sorry we cannot find any linked accounts. That's nonsense! Ive been playing this game for several years now. Also when I go to my Facebook app settings it says that I'm still active and logged into the NBA live Mobile account. Please recover/find my account.
