As of yesterday I've been trying to login into my account through Facebook and it will not let me. I'm a returning user but it keeps saying, "We're sorry. We could not find any linked accounts."
I have tried the troubleshooting and nothing is working.

DO NOT attempt to reinstall the game if you're on guest mode.
Make sure to link it with any social media account option available before reinstalling to save progress.
I have my account linked to Facebook abd still wont let me login. It says we couldn't find any linked accounts even though my Facebook account settings shows that I'm logged into the NBA Live mobile app
Thanks but I've done that and they say that they located my account but can't figure out why it's not allowing me to login. They can't fix the error message that I keep receiving...smh
Um this is weird when i just got on the game yesterday and today the game said cant initialize the game for some reason but i litteraly played two days ago i dont know why but every since the conference final event came out i couldnt play ever since plz help me!!-!
