Claim button unresponsive in legend and flashback sets

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
Summarize your bug Claim button unresponsive in legend and flashback sets
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can try running the game on your phone
What happens when the bug occurs? Claim button unresponsive. So rewards cannot be claimed.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see that after adding the number of tokens needed to complete a set, the claim button must be responsive.

    @Hjerald 

    Were you able to eventually claim it? If a button is unresponsive try restarting your device and attempt again.

    Long time player first time poster I too am having this issue and am playing on a new iPhone with upgraded iOS as of July 25, 2019... I have also deleted the app and have reinstalled it and the problem is still there

    same problem here. I was able to claim a 107 legend a couple of weeks back but now it doesn't work.

    unless the cool down is over a week or more, which is when I last completed the set, that does not solve the problem

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Collect all the tokens and try to complete the sets
    What happens when the bug occurs? The complete button doesn't turn green
    What do you expect to see? A green "complete" button

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Assemble all the cards and try to complete these 2 sets
    What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. The complete button doesn’t turn green
    What do you expect to see? A green “complete” button

    I tried restarting the game, clearing the cache, connecting from a different device but it didn’t work

    yes thank you! I just did not realize the cool down was multiple weeks and just thought it was a timer on the set closing
