Crashing whenever I try logging in with Facebook

Thanks for being patient with us while we've been looking into this. 

I just wanted to let you know that we are still investigating this issue and working on getting it fixed. I'm afraid we don't currently have a time frame for when it might be sorted, but we'll keep you updated as soon as we have more info to share.

@EA_Kent Thank you for the update. I know that time is dwindling on the playoff promo so that could prove to be a problem. Do you have any idea what compensation rewards are in order?

Sidenote- I wasn’t able to login through Facebook even through I am linked to Facebook, I got in through my Game Center account which I also luckily had linked 

ALSO, there are no store offers for the playoffs promo. I’m not sure if they expired or if it’s a glitch but since we have not been able to get in, we should get extensions on the offers

The game center issue is back, me and multiple other people can't log in with game center, it says i'm logged out of game center in my IOS settings, even though i am not

Is EA aware of this problem?
