FEEDBACK ON EA CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE - SUPER DUO CAMPAIGN SERVER OUTAGE COMPENSATION. Truthfully, it was the worst online service I have had in recent memory. Sure, the people were polite but nobody, not one person actually addressed my issue with any seriousness or personal attention. The only ones who offered a solution didn't actually follow up and do what they said, even after I answered the required questions. I must have received the same scripted reply more than half a dozen times from different staff and some just didn't even reply to my replies. I started my query on the 24th of October with a simple request for a token that went missing due to a server error. I figured that it would be an easy fix. Nope, expectations led to disappointment. So I did the math. Between the 24th of October there were 23 emails exchanged, 9 of these were scripted and repeated, sometimes by the same person; 5 of those email solutions never replied to me; I spoke to 8 different people and NONE, yes ZERO, actually solved the problem; 2 offered a solution, I responded with the answers they requested, and then they went dark, not replying or doing what they said they would (Vareesha A and Douglas L). The others I spoke to were Saurabh S, Christian B, Aman K, Mark M, Nisha R, and Padraic C. It is APPALING that not one person could solve the issue, a replacement for the loss, in fairness or with any attention. And this isn't even including the many messages on the EA Forum/blog. Extremely dissatisfied, and can see that EA only treats its players as numbers. I didn't get a solution. It's a disgrace.
It is like going to a shop, buying a phone, taking it home, it is faulty and then being forced to dance through hoops to be heard, then, in the end, you are not heard, and then given a wristwatch as compensation, having nothing to do with the original reason you went to the store or getting what you intended to buy, and expected to be happy about it. 😠 P.S. Now, even my new topic I tried to create regarding the customer service for this issue got marked as SPAM, I guess to avoid being read in the forum. It's a disgrace
