FEEDBACK ON GLOBAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT

FEEDBACK ON EA CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE - SUPER DUO CAMPAIGN SERVER OUTAGE COMPENSATION. Truthfully, it was the worst online service I have had in recent memory. Sure, the people were polite but nobody, not one person actually addressed my issue with any seriousness or personal attention. The only ones who offered a solution didn't actually follow up and do what they said, even after I answered the required questions. I must have received the same scripted reply more than half a dozen times from different staff and some just didn't even reply to my replies. I started my query on the 24th of October with a simple request for a token that went missing due to a server error. I figured that it would be an easy fix. Nope, expectations led to disappointment. So I did the math. Between the 24th of October there were 23 emails exchanged, 9 of these were scripted and repeated, sometimes by the same person; 5 of those email solutions never replied to me; I spoke to 8 different people and NONE, yes ZERO, actually solved the problem; 2 offered a solution, I responded with the answers they requested, and then they went dark, not replying or doing what they said they would (Vareesha A and Douglas L). The others I spoke to were Saurabh S, Christian B, Aman K, Mark M, Nisha R, and Padraic C. It is APPALING that not one person could solve the issue, a replacement for the loss, in fairness or with any attention. And this isn't even including the many messages on the EA Forum/blog. Extremely dissatisfied, and can see that EA only treats its players as numbers. I didn't get a solution. It's a disgrace.

It is like going to a shop, buying a phone, taking it home, it is faulty and then being forced to dance through hoops to be heard, then, in the end, you are not heard, and then given a wristwatch as compensation, having nothing to do with the original reason you went to the store or getting what you intended to buy, and expected to be happy about it.  😠 P.S. Now, even my new topic I tried to create regarding the customer service for this issue got marked as SPAM, I guess to avoid being read in the forum. It's a disgrace

  • Luckily I was able to provide my own compensation via the auction house fairly cheap. I did receive the 99 OVR Middleton from EA, albeit after the campaign was over. So I am thankful for that. Although, giving me 1 player when I should have been given so much more for the inconvenience is atrocious. I kept watching the auction house every day and finally came across the 1 piece of the puzzle I needed to complete my set. The 99 OVR Westbrook. I snagged him for the buy it now price of only 90k coins. A small price to pay to receive a 110 OVR HARDEN AND WESTBROOK in the end. So it all worked out, DUE TO MYSELF taking matters into my own hands. EA should definitely stick to making games for consoles. Cuz at least then whatever you get with that you have earned and they don't keep sucking money out of you. So the moral of the story goes a little something like this. Don't pay the fare, cuz EA doesn't play fair. This roughly translates to, Don't pay EA any money because you won't get what you pay for if you ever have an issue.

    I think I got compensated?  Got some notice this morning about sorry for the inconvenience, blah blah blah, here’s 25 victory tokens. Cool. Too bad I already have 400 tokens and MVP kawahi. So now what, I get nothing?  Frauds. @EA_Blueberry @SmoothNo15 

  • I hope you can enjoy the new promos and have fun with grinding new stuff. I know one token maybe very important to you at that time but you can get more now from the game with new promos and good luck.
